You are invited to participate in a study about first-generation college students. If you are a UW-Madison undergraduate student whose parents did not graduate from a four-year college or university, please consider participating in this study.

You may learn about your coursework-related information behavior, and we don't anticipate any risks to you from participation in this study. This web survey may take you approximately 30 minutes to complete, and you will have a chance to win one of the two available $50 Amazon gift cards if you leave your email address at the end of the survey. Your email address entered in this question will only be used for the drawing. If you are interested in participating in a follow-up interview, you can also leave your email address at the end of the survey so that we can contact you for a follow-up interview.This interview will take about an hour, and you will get a$15 Amazon gift card for your participation in the interview.

While there will probably be publications as a result of this study, your name will not be used. Only group characteristics will be published. If you have questions about the research, please contact Tien-I Tsai at tienitsai@yahoo.com.tw.Your participation is completely voluntary. If you decide not to participate or to withdraw from the study it will have no effect on any services or treatment you are currently receiving.
